Mobility Platforms

Mobility platform is simply a way for the hardware to interact with the outside world. It is a way for the hardware to move around, or move something. There are several different planned and existing mobility platforms that we have for users to start with.

We encourage the community to make their 3d designs open source so that other users can print and use their designs.

Tank

The tank mobility platform is robust strong and small. It can turn on a dime and climb up steep angles. It supports 0 to 180 degree movement of the camera so you can see straight up or straight down. It drives like a fps game. There is no cannon on this platform but there is a very powerful red laser, and of course plug ins for modules. It has a built in battery charger so you can drive back to your docking station and never have to worry about turning off.

Upright (WALL-E) type

This platform is a clone of the Wall-e or Johnny 5 robot. It is still in heavy development but will allow the user full pan tilt on the camera module. It will have larger batteries allowing for up to 20 hours of run time on a single charge.

Car

The car platform is our hardware strapped to the top of your favorite RC car that you lost the remote to. One of the many servos can control the steering and the adjustable voltage output on the circuitry will allow you to tune the speed to your liking.

Feeder

You have birds, dogs, cats and other critters that you want to watch and give food and or trap or interact with. This platform is just for that purpose.

Goliath

Goliath is the thing you always dreamed about as a kid. Large tracked vehicle with twin turret guns that can spin and shoot air-soft bullets at their laser-ed targets. But don’t try and handle this by yourself, you need three people to operate it, one to drive and two to look around and shoot.

Drone

You cant have a drone without at least a celluar modem and programming to ensure loss of signal does not mean loss of altitude. This is down the line but is a very real possiblity
